I'll be frank
It is a good game, but it disappointed me a lot. I was expecting a funny platformer, and right from the start, just by the plain white character, I knew their would be some mind buggling comments troughout that game (don't ask why, I just knew it! XD) It reminded me of The Bright in the Screen or Valve's Portal, or even Hunted Forever... you know, somethng messing with your mind, with sarcastic comments and all (you may not see the point). I digress.
The thing that disappointed me was that the game objective was kinda stupid. Always killing your character. There were good jokes, and a good psychologic approach, but at some point, you got bored of the sameness of every screen, waiting to see what you would come for every new "game". That kind of stuff, different versions and running gags could have been in a movie.
It was long, and it started to be repetitive. I'm open-minded and I don't want to say that I got pissed after the three first levels, I played it all the way through, but I was always expecting the quality to upgrade, to have some objective.... It was mainly jumping down the platform and wait for the sarcastical-political comment you'd have to say about it.
When I was controlling two character, I would have liked to have something special to do in order to die, you see? It got pointless, and I kept hope until the end. And in the end, all I got to say is that you put a lot of work in a deceiving way: you thought of all the jokes instead of innovating a little gameplay around it. Maybe it was your intention from the start, all I say is that it lacks some originality in a certain way (because I agree that the "sayings" were quite original.... if it was not just for that...)
Anyway, made me smile in some parts, so I give you points, the graphics were really nice, the effort was there. Bravo!
