Not bad, for a first one
But sound would be really interesting. Even if it is only music, it would make it a lot less dull. :)

Flash about my life
Yeah, my buddy and me, we do that every weekend.
I can relate.
Hence, I love it, because I am a narcissic fuck, who dicks around with men butts (at least that's what my buddy'd say).
Gonna watch your other stuff now if you have some more! If not... well it would be a great idea to make more of these shorts!
It is a shame
that you don't have any voices with that. It would really up the movie! Great idea though, and the catchline "I taste justice" was terrific!
Wow...
It was a 5 on 5 right away as soon as I saw the intro, and to tell the truth I tought it was all, pretty random but complete. But NO! there was actually a real episode!
The all drawn animation was pretty sweet, sketchy black and white allied with powerful red lazers and explosions! I think your style is really nice and it really got my attention.
Maybe have a better soundtrack or better angles of view, because sometimes the movie felt a little empty... I don't know, that's the only star I took away from a perfect ten, I really liked it! :D

Not as good as the others. I am fond of HotDiggedyDemon's work, but this one is empty... lacks music... maybe it is meant to be like that, but it is mainly long, boring, and not much original, what I would have said "Too long did not listen" but I did listen, and I didn't think it was worth much, compared to your other work of course.
If not for these factors, the animation itself and the drawings are good, as is the voice acting.
lol
I thought that was funny :) Seriously, the hand in the ass thing was pretty well animated! Try doing longer stuff, that was quite short, and lacked maybe music (during the animation) it felt a bit empty, but you sure made a funny thing here! :)
Great "cover"
Yeah, surely you exploited the concept of somebody else with talent, including new ideas and all, but still, I think I get these two stars off because of two main reasons: first of all, it is not truly your own idea, and made with a competitive mind, not a bad thing, but the way you think we overrate "Zelda - Target" I disagree, i feel even insulted. I totally think he deserved my 5 out of 5, which is the score I gave you too because I think that even animation which are better than another can deserve a pretty good score, too. So yeah, basically, I'm getting you one star less because you have a kinda cocky attitude toward the other flash, even though it is maybe not your intention.... the other one is simply because I tought your animation and drawings were a bit sloppy, except for the looped part with navi which was pretty well animated, but the rest was pretty basic, still comparing with the original work.
Sorry for the seemingly injustified rating, but here, you know what I think now, take it or leave it :) Bottom Line: Your work is pretty good, but don't get pretentious and openly make a flash to be better than somebody who's as talented as you.
I dunno... I guess people generally don't see the big 5 out of 5 as literally as I do. That's full marks - 100%. Nothing on Newgrounds has a score of 5. The top movie right now has 4.52, though I haven't seen it. I did see "The Last of the Dashkin", which is at 4.51, though. That truly is a masterpiece as far as the art goes, and now the series is actually developing a story - a serious improvement from the previous episodes (I didn't like the other ones for that reason). And that's not even 5/5. If "The Last of the Dashkin" isn't at 5, then how could something like my movie or "Zelda - Target" possibly compare? Scores over 4 are the "big leagues" - the really outstanding stuff. Or at least they used to be... Well, that's how I see it, anyways...
But your review is very fair. I'm glad you didn't go with either full marks or nothing. I expected people would get offended and defensive of the other guy (I'm actually surprised no one's hated on me for mocking 9/11 yet... now there's something people should be getting worked up over).
My goal was just to make an "improved" version ("improved" in quotes since that's only a matter of opinion) of his movie with about the same amount of frame by frame work and with more attention to certain details (like backgrounds or the fact that Link didn't have his quiver strap thing in "Zelda - Target") and less attention to other details (like my cheap anime drawing of Link vs. his actual animation of Link being proud of his shot). After that I figured it was just bonus since I animated farther than the original, but I guess it just left a taste of cheapness in people's mouths since it wasn't as detailed.
Really Good!
I loved it, the music is awesome, the storyline is pretty interesting and the drawings are quite... cute, in a way :)
But why french? It does not seem to be your first language (cuz' there are a few awkward mistakes) and I didn't much see the reference to french culture troughout the movie, so I'm curious about what motivated you :)
I the title as a play on "cirque du soleil" and yes it's not my first language. It's not really supposed to be set in France, but the "cirque" does of course travel (as was hinted at by the idea that the circus train disappears.)
The name also means "Circus of Children". Now people might assume that "Cirque Des Enfants" means "a circus FOR children" but as the end of the film reveals it LITERALLY is a circus OF children. So that was my thinking.
But glad you loved the film. :)
